I attempted to upload pics last night, but we had an Internet outage, and now I am trying again this morning and it is stating that I do not have enough photo storage.
It sounds to me like it's time for you to move to Wordpress. :)
Blogger allows for 1GB total photo storage space. If in your total blog you've uploaded more than that, you won't be able to fit any more pictures into your blog.

I am so far behind! I had to buy storage about 2 years ago. I still buy it every year at about 5.00/ year
