- She can put her head completely underwater while holding her breath
- Ride a two-wheel scooter
- Will eat the meat off of a rib bone (just make sure there is no "sauce")
The most irritating behavior she has picked up is balling her hands up, slamming them down on her sides and shouting some type of sassynastiness.
It's only been two days and the adjusting is getting under my skin. I know it will get better, or I'll just keep telling myself this.
I just have to say I love the word "sassynastiness". I'm totally going to steal it. I had the same problem with Lauren when she started school. She learned some very bad behaviors from the other children. We were able to correct most of it at home, but school certainly changed her.
ReplyDeleteShe also comes home with attitude anytime she spends the night with her friend. She is only allowed to spend the night with one friend, and that is Ms. Denkins' daughter, because I do not trust my children with parents who I do not know! Denkins and I have been friends for 12 years, which is hard to believe, because we met my first year teaching. Lord I feel old.
Good luck with getting A back on track!
I <3 your new word. It's awesome and I'm going to use it immediately!
ReplyDeleteBest word ever = sassynastiness
ReplyDeleteSeriously!!!
The rib thing cracked me up...they're so damn specific!
