Friday Night Leftovers

  • Eligh used the potty this week.  I just assumed he was so not ready, but maybe he is going to be before Kinsley.  Who the heck knows.
  • School takes a lot more time than I thought, and I don't know how people work full time and go back to school, you simply rock!
  • I'm debating getting a treadmill.  I like running and going to the gym is a hassle.
  • I do Zumba it up a couple nights a week.  I tried out a new instructor, and like it a lot more than the other instructor I was attending.  And in this particular instructor's classes there are a handful of guys, and that makes it so much more enjoyable to go and watch them attempt to shake their hips.  HYSTERICAL!
  • I'm reading a really good book - will share when I'm finished.
  • Eligh and the cold just won't end.  It has been weeks of booger wiping.
  • Addy had another shoe growth spurt - poor child.
  • I might finally go to the doctor today about my back.
  • Daddy has been playing memory with all three of the monkeys and they are doing GREAT!  I didn't think the twins could handle it, but I guess I was wrong (just don't tell Cody I'm admitting this).
  • Addy is still having issues with her daddy going to work.  Around 4 this morning she woke up with a nightmare, so she finished sleeping in our bed.  When Cody left for work, she was in full on sobbing hysterics about it.  It will get better, right?
  • Went back to the eye doctor to get new contacts to waste me damn time.  1. The doctor wasn't in for the week and it was supposed to be cancelled. 2. The other eye doctor thought she could help and after waiting for her she could not.
  • My appointment isn't for another two weeks, and I am "supposed" to wear my glasses until then.  I am not a full time glasses wearer.
As always check out our host, Danifred, to see what others are bringing to the table.

  1. Hurray for Eligh! My little one used this potty for the first time this week, too!

  2. Way to go, Eligh!

Alice is going through the missing Daddy thing. Everytime he walks out the door we have a melt-down. Even if it is just a few minutes. It'll get better. Sometime :)

I've always wanted to try Zumba, maybe one of these days!
